As a Director, you’ll play a vital role in providing tailored tax advisory and planning services that support clients throughout their business lifecycle. You’ll be working with clients across private businesses, family offices, entrepreneurs, and start-ups.

What you’ll do: 

  • Advise high-calibre clients, Private Businesses and Private Family Offices, on tax technical topics such as restructures, capital gains tax, Division 7A, and trust losses 
  • Provide tax compliance, planning, and advisory services across multiple entity types including trusts, companies, partnerships, and individuals 
  • Deliver family advisory services, including succession and estate planning 
  • Assist clients in liaising with the ATO on programs such as the Top 500 and Next 5000 


What we’re looking for: 

  • Expertise in advising on complex tax technical matters for private businesses and family offices 
  • Strong experience in tax compliance, planning, and advisory across diverse entity structures 
  • Proven ability to provide family advisory services, particularly succession and estate planning 
  • Skilled in managing ATO engagements and delivering client-focused solutions
