Achieve Professionals are working with a high-profile Family Office in London in their search for a Private Security Operative, with international travel.
 
Job Description 
 
In this role, you must always be alert and ready to react appropriately to threats, or potential threats, to the Principal and their family. The family are looking for someone with a relaxed and laid back demeanour in order to fit in with the family environment.
 
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a high level of self-control, humility, a high degree of situational awareness and have a strong work ethic. You will need to be responsive and consistently prioritise security in every aspect of the role.
 
This is a full-time position and while it will ordinarily be Monday-Friday, there will be some weekend work and candidates must also have the flexibility to travel.
 
Role Responsibilities 

• Ensuring the safety of the family and their dogs, you may also be required to accompany the dogs on the walks
• Experience with risk assessment and planning to minimise threats
• Experience establishing and maintaining secure environments

Candidate Requirements 

• Previous experience as a Security Operative for private and UHNW families
• Strong situational awareness and calm threat assessment skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and travel with the family when needed
• Ability to stay calm and act decisively under pressure
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Patient and able to stay calm under pressure
• Strong ability to de-escalate
• You may be called upon outside of working hours to support with other security or supervisory duties if needed
• Must be a confident driver and hold a valid UK driving licence
