Tasks- Operation of a family office standard software as well as digital interfaces to ODDO BHF systems
- Creation of appointment-related documents for customer meetings and pitch documents for potential customers
- Preparation of asset reports/evaluations and content review/plausibility check
- Excel-based evaluation and calculation of historical performance data (return and risk indicators, comparison with family office benchmark)
- Collaboration in the preparation of reports, in particular integration and analysis of quantitative evaluations/historical performance data
- Preparation of discussion documents/presentations based on the evaluations
- Collaboration on projects (also across departments)
- Maintenance of databases, administration of documents and mail processing (opening, assigning, processing, filing, outgoing mail)

Requirements
- Degree in economics or finance or similar training
- Relevant practical knowledge desirable
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Good oral and written communication skills
- initiative and team spirit
- Independent and precise working style
- Start: immediately for 4-12 months
