Job Summary: The Personal Services Assistant will provide comprehensive support to an ultra high net worth (UHNW) family , ensuring their daily needs and errands are efficiently handled. This role demands high levels of discretion, flexibility, and a proactive attitude to meet the varied and dynamic needs of the family.

Key Responsibilities:

Errand Running:

  • Perform daily errands such as shopping, picking up dry cleaning, and handling deliveries.
  • Purchase and deliver items as requested by family members or estate staff.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage mail, packages, and other deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
  • Purchasing and inventory management.

Household Support:

  • Assist with basic household tasks and maintenance, such as organizing, tidying/light cleaning, and restocking supplies.
  • Coordinate with household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Event Assistance:

  • Support the execution of family events, meetings, and gatherings.
  • Handle event-related errands, such as picking up supplies or arranging rentals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a UHNW family.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as well as six-day work weeks approximately twice a month.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to make fast-action judgment calls especially related to task completion and priority.
  • Ready and willing to take on any task or project at hand.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds.
  • Capability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.

Salary Range

$40 - $44 USD
