A UHNW Family Office is seeking a highly experienced Personal Assistant to support a Principal, her partner (CEO of a technology startup), and extended family. This is a hands-on, high-touch role requiring exceptional discretion, organization, and the ability to manage complex personal and household operations across multiple properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide comprehensive personal support to the Principal, her partner, and family
- Manage heavy scheduling and complex calendar coordination for the Principal, her partner, and senior parents
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including private aviation, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, packing, and vacation home logistics
- Oversee multiple residences in NYC, Miami, and the Hamptons, including household SOPs, property manuals, and guest guides
- Manage household staff including housekeepers and private chef; oversee vendor relationships (gardeners, handymen, electricians, plumbers, pool maintenance, etc.)
- Plan and execute private and off-site events, including in-home dinner parties, private dining experiences, milestone celebrations, and destination events
- Handle personal errands, household ordering, gifting, inventory management, and grocery stocking
- Act as a trusted extension of the Principal, managing personal and vendor relationships with professionalism and confidentiality
- Support hosting and lifestyle needs including tablescape styling, chef coordination, restaurant reservations, and event logistics
- Maintain and update a detailed process manual covering scheduling, travel, health, food preferences, contacts, appointments, communication, pets, gifting, properties, guests, styling, documentation, and hosting
- Coordinate personal appointments, workouts, stylists, social plans, holidays, and date nights
- Support residential moves, interior design projects, vendor onboarding, and home setup
- Travel as needed to the Hamptons to oversee home projects, inventory, and guest readiness
Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting a UHNW individual or Family Office in a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information
- Polished communication skills and vendor management experience
- Flexible schedule with availability outside of standard business hours
