About Your Company
Our client is a well-established Multi-Family Office based in Hong Kong. They are known for providing a stable platform and a professional, collaborative culture. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a meticulous Account Assistant to support their finance team in daily operations. This role will be on a part time basis at 4 hours work per day.
About your role
- Document Management: Organize, scan, and file physical and digital financial records (invoices, bank statements, and legal documents).
- Data Entry: Accurately input financial transactions into our accounting system (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or internal ERP).
- Expense Processing: Assist with the processing of personal and corporate expense claims, ensuring all receipts are captured and categorized correctly.
- Bank Reconciliation Support: Help match transaction records with bank statements.
- General Admin: Provide ad-hoc support to the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager as needed.
What you will need to succeed
- Education: Associate degree, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a professional firm or financial services is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling) and Word.
- Attributes: Detailed-minded, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communication: Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
