Paralegal / Legal Assistant -100%
Location : Geneva
Our client is a well-established single family office. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join the Legal team.
You will play a key role in supporting the legal function, handling a wide range of administrative and legal coordination tasks across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal and corporate documentation.
- Manage KYC documentation, bank forms, and other administrative filings.
- Maintain and update internal databases and document management systems.
- Provide support in drafting and reviewing basic legal documents and templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a coordinator between the legal department and external advisors across various jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in a Paralegal function, ideally in an international law firm, family office or fiduciary/trust companies.
- Excellent command of English (working language), both written and spoken; French at professional proficiency.
- Understanding of corporate law; exposure to real estate is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong team spirit and a collaborative mindset.
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professional ethics.
- Solid command of Microsoft Office
- Occasional travel required.
