We are seeking two confident and highly capable Personal Assistants to support an UHNW Principal within their dynamic Family Office based in Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment, providing invaluable personal support to the Principal and their family as part of a strong PA team, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
These roles will be highly varied and hands-on, requiring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The successful candidates will take responsibility for managing complex diaries, arranging travel and logistics, coordinating the children’s schedules, and ensuring that all personal, social, and family-related commitments are handled with the utmost care and discretion. The positions will also involve significant ad hoc support, from running errands and overseeing personal shopping and returns, to arranging children’s activities, medical appointments, and social engagements.
The Principal leads a dynamic lifestyle, and as such, these roles will suit adaptable and proactive individuals who thrive in environments where no two days are the same. A team mindset will be key, as the two PAs will work closely together to provide seamless coverage, collaborate on tasks, and support one another to deliver to the highest standard. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach will be essential, along with the confidence to manage priorities independently when needed.
The role will be office-based, with core hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. However, flexibility will be required to occasionally provide support outside of these hours, including some weekends. In return, the successful candidates will receive a generous salary, additional benefits, and an excellent holiday allowance, as well as the opportunity to work as part of a close-knit and professional team from beautiful offices in the heart of Mayfair.
