The successful candidate will have a proven background in family offices, private estates, or UHNW households, combined with strong operational and leadership skills. You will oversee the smooth running of London properties, manage trusted household staff and suppliers, and deliver tailored lifestyle and concierge services — from international travel and event planning to exclusive access across London’s cultural and luxury landscape.

This is a senior role requiring impeccable discretion, exceptional communication skills, and the gravitas to represent UHNW Principals with confidence and diplomacy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in family offices, UHNW households, estate management, or luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams and projects
  • British or UK-based professional with a refined understanding of UHNW expectations, discretion, and protocol
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with Principals, private staff, and external partners
  • Strong knowledge of London property management, luxury service providers, cultural scene, and lifestyle landscape
  • Military, private household management, or luxury concierge background highly desirable
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage out-of-hours duties when required
  • Impeccable integrity, loyalty, and ability to thrive in a high-pressure UHNW environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior on-site representative for the Private Family Office, liaising directly with UHNW Principals and advisors
  • Lead and mentor household staff and support teams, instilling a culture of excellence, loyalty, and service at the highest level
  • Oversee prime London property portfolios, ensuring maintenance, security, tenancy management, and readiness of residences
  • Manage luxury lifestyle and concierge services, including international travel arrangements, chauffeur and transport coordination, fine dining reservations, personal shopping, and high-profile event planning (Ascot, Wimbledon, Summer Season)
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with household staff, estate teams, contractors, and luxury service providers
  • Ensure confidentiality, security, and discretion are upheld across all matters within the family office
  • Anticipate needs and resolve challenges with foresight, resourcefulness, and polished problem-solving
  • Represent the Principals with professionalism and cultural awareness, maintaining their reputation in both social and business contexts
