Our client is a Multi-Family Office / investment management firm specializing in providing innovative financial solutions tailored to the needs of institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals. With recent business expansion, they are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their team and support their back office operations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.Support HR functions, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.Assist the HR and Operations teams in arranging company events, including staff gatherings and offsite socials.Facilitate communication between departments and assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
Job Requirements
Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, or above.At least 5 years of experience in office administration or Executive Assistant to top management.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in written & spoken commands in both English and Chinese.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
