The  asset accounting department  within Operations handles professional shadow accounting for institutional and private asset management clients. We record a wide variety of assets, coordinate with custodian banks, and support the successful management of client funds with administrative and project-related tasks. 

• Accounting for institutional, private and complex family office mandates in our shadow accounting system
• Booking of real estate projects
• Reconciliation of asset statements with custodian banks and asset management companies (KVG)
• Analysis of booking data to identify optimization potential
• Support in the digitization and automation of booking processes
• Booking of private equity projects and capital measures
• Preparation of special evaluations and project-related analyses
• Administrative tasks in the area of ​​asset accounting

• Qualification: Completed Bachelor's degree in Economics , Finance , Accounting or a comparable field
• Experience: Professional experience in accounting or fund accounting
• Skills: High level of responsibility as well as strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Knowledge: Knowledge of the banking/financial services industry is an advantage.
• IT/Computer Science: Experience with digital tools and data visualization , e.g., Power BI , Excel Pivot
• Soft skills: strong communication skills, teamwork skills, and independence
• Language skills: Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
