The Role:

Reporting to the Chief Operating officer as our M&A Lead, you will take ownership of the entire deal lifecycle—from sourcing, analysing, and negotiating acquisitions to overseeing post-merger integration. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in deal-making and enjoys working closely with business owners, advisors, and internal stakeholders to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities across multiple industries.

• Providing Advice: Strategic advice and insights to senior leadership on business opportunities and market conditions.

• Negotiation & Execution: Lead deal structuring, financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiations.

• Integration & Growth: Work closely with acquired businesses to ensure a smooth transition and maximize long-term value.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business owners, advisors, brokers, and financiers to maintain a strong deal pipeline.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in M&A, with a strong focus on strategic thinking and leadership.

• Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity.

• Strong Negotiation and Financial Analysis Skills – Ability to lead deal structuring, due diligence, and financial assessments.

• Commercial and Strategic Mindset – Capability to identify post-acquisition growth opportunities and drive long-term value.

• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Highly Desirable:

• A qualification in accounting, legal, or finance.
