What You'll Do:

As Managing Director, you will provide leadership to our Family Office team while building and strengthening client relationships. You will ensure the highest standard of client service, compliance, and revenue growth through the following areas of responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture.
  • Manage complex client relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering customized fiduciary and wealth solutions.
  • Assist clients with estate planning, trust administration, and retirement plan strategies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients' external advisors to deliver seamless, holistic service.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning and departmental success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business, Accounting, Finance preferred
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in fiduciary services, wealth management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
  • Professional certifications (JD, CPA, CFP, CTFA) strongly preferred; willingness to pursue credentials encouraged
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and lead cross-functional teams

WORK SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time hybrid position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
