What We’re Really Looking For
TriEdge Investments operates at the intersection of private capital and frontier technology. We need an attorney who wants to build something, not maintain it — someone who can hold the legal complexity of an active family office, advise teams directly, and grow into new challenges as the firm does.
You translate complexity into practical advice. You're at home across fund operations, governance, and technology-facing legal questions. You can negotiate commercial agreements and are comfortable with data privacy clauses, and you move fast without cutting corners. You understand how AI products work, and you are excited to use proprietary AI solutions.

Location
TriEdge is an in-person team. This role will be based in our Hudson Yards office in New York City and is expected to be in office Monday - Thursday, working from home on Fridays.

Pay Transparency:
The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000-$210,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
