About Us

At JUST the CORVIS Family Office, we have become aware over the past few years of the extent to which our personal actions impact society and the environment. With the visible effects of global warming, this awareness quickly became a deep conviction, resulting in the question of how we can contribute to addressing the challenges of our time through our entrepreneurial activities.

OUR GOAL

Use the entrepreneurial expertise at JUST the CORVIS Family Office to contribute to the survival of people and nature through sustainable business practices.

OUR WAY

In keeping with our passion for entrepreneurship, sustainable business practices are the focus of our efforts. We have developed our sustainability strategy together with the Center for Sustainable Corporate Management (ZNU). The ZNU is an application-oriented research institute and has developed a standard for more sustainable business practices that encompasses the three dimensions of economic, ecological, and social. The goal is to use an integrated management system to make a company's sustainability measurable and to continuously improve it.

Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time. The concentration of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere has increased dramatically since the beginning of industrialization. Human-caused emissions have led to the CO2 concentration in the atmosphere being 40 percent higher today than before the beginning of industrialization. The consequences are already catastrophic, and climate change has long been a global challenge.

We offer our employees:

  • A dynamic and highly motivated team.
  • The opportunity to independently develop your own specialist area with ideas.
  • The collaboration with many exciting companies.
  • The opportunity to make a difference and grow with us.
  • Short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies, a lot of personal responsibility and independent work on exciting projects.
  • A beautiful, modern office in the heart of the Ruhr area – but of course also the option to work flexibly and remotely.
  • A selection of tea & coffee, as well as healthy snacks.
  • We are an employer that embraces sustainability in all areas of the company and gives employees the opportunity and freedom to get involved in sustainable projects.

Social commitment is a central pillar of the JUST the CORVIS Family Office. Through our own Regenbogen Foundation, we have been helping people with disabilities and promoting their inclusion in our society since 2011. With the Carolinenhof, we have established a horse riding therapy facility in Essen. 350 children, adolescents, and adults come for horse riding therapy every week, two-thirds of whom have physical, mental, and/or emotional disabilities.

We maintain a forward-looking and future-oriented dialogue with the next generation. This ongoing dialogue led to the decision at the beginning of 2019 to adapt the business practices of JUST the CORVIS Family Office to social change.

Conscious of the social responsibility of our entrepreneurial activities, we have since made our investment and corporate decisions sustainably, mindfully, and by constantly weighing economic, ecological, and social aspects. Since 2019, a family member has been supporting and optimizing all areas of the JUST the CORVIS Family Office in this regard, as the overall responsible person for sustainability.
