Your mission and contribution

As a Junior Analyst, you will support both the financial and operational aspects of the family office. While your core responsibilities will be analytical and administrative, you will also contribute to projects and tasks that require excellent organizational skills and a natural ability to manage multiple priorities. Your role will include:


  • Preparing regular investment performance and expense reports
  • Supporting the budgeting and financial planning process
  • Liaising with banks and advisors to optimize financial arrangements
  • Reconciling accounts and reporting cash flows
  • Coordinating with accountants, legal, and financial consultants
  • Assisting with real estate management and property renovations
  • Supporting administrative and logistical operations across different domains
  • Contributing to the management of private collections, including inventory and logistics
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of private events and related communications
  • Organizing complex travel and personal logistics, across multiple time zones
  • Maintaining agendas, preparing meeting materials, and documenting discussions

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Fluent in French, English, and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Rigorous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
