Junior Administrator, Private Clients
Location: Jersey
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

Job Summary
CSC Private Clients supports the needs of wealthy families, family offices, and owner-managed businesses through high-quality trust and company administration. As a Junior Administrator, you will help deliver day-to-day private client services by maintaining accurate records, progressing client requests, and supporting statutory and banking-related administration. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues, build technical knowledge across trust administration, and develop strong client service skills. This is a permanent opportunity based in Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration of a portfolio of private client structures (trusts and companies) in line with internal policies and service standards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including correspondence, statutory documents, and due diligence materials
- Assist with client instructions and administration tasks such as payments processing, opening bank accounts, and coordinating with banks and other third parties
- Prepare and help submit statutory returns and required filings, escalating issues and deadlines to senior colleagues as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients, advisors, and suppliers, ensuring timely responses and clear follow-through on actions
- Accurately record time spent on client matters to support correct billing and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve daily workflows and contribute ideas to increase team efficiency
- Build technical knowledge in trust and company administration and proactively use CSC learning resources to support development
Required Qualifications
- Good A-Level grades or University degree
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to client service
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team
- Confidence using standard business systems (e.g., MS Office) and willingness to learn new platforms and processes
- Commitment to ongoing learning, including studying toward a relevant professional qualification
- Interest in starting a relevant qualification (e.g., ICSA/CGI/STEP or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, client services, financial services, legal services, or professional services environment (including internships or placement roles)
- Exposure to trust administration, company administration, private wealth, or family office services
- Familiarity with statutory filings, payments processing, or banking administration tasks
- Prior experience recording time and supporting client billing in a professional services environment
