The position is expected to leverage data analytics, AI-enabled research tools, and emerging technologies to enhance investment sourcing, diligence, portfolio monitoring, decision-making efficiency, and overall team productivity. Through strategic thinking, sound investment judgment, and collaborative leadership, the Investment Manager contributes directly to the performance, growth, and long-term success of the investment portfolio.

Job Functions:

  • Lead meetings, presentations, and discussions with prospective investment partners and stakeholders while effectively communicating investment insights and recommendations.
  • Lead reference calls and management assessments to evaluate leadership quality, strategic capabilities, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present investment analyses, diligence findings, portfolio insights, and investment memoranda to the Chief Investment Officer and senior leadership.
  • Review legal and transaction-related documentation and collaborate with internal and external advisors to identify material considerations and risks.
  • Evaluate and communicate investment risks, assumptions, and mitigation strategies throughout the diligence, approval, and monitoring processes.
  • Monitor portfolio investments and investments under review, assessing performance, business developments, market conditions, and strategic risks.
  • Contribute to portfolio construction, capital allocation, and investment prioritization decisions by evaluating opportunity fit, diversification benefits, risk exposures, and return objectives.
  • Perform portfolio analysis, benchmarking, and ad hoc research to support investment strategy, portfolio construction, and decision-making.
  • Integrate AI-enabled tools, data analytics, and emerging technologies into investment sourcing, research, diligence, portfolio monitoring, and reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision quality.
  • Travel as required to conduct due diligence, attend investment meetings, visit operating assets, and participate in industry events.
