Descripción

• Establish the Spanish finance and accountant function both physical and with all the outsourced functions.
• Oversee bookkeeping, accounting, and financial statements for all entities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Coordinate tax filings and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
• Structure investments and entities to optimize tax efficiency.
• Stay updated on changing tax laws and their impact on the family office.
• Overseeing property investments both new investments and realisations.
• Private equity investment .Prospecting, negotiation, monitoring and actioning exit strategies.
• Directing management in a growing hospitality business which is property backed. Complete the detailed Business plan and budgets both capital and revenue.
• Participating in the stewardship of the wider family, including our investment management of the Family Investment Trust.
• Create a pipeline of investment opportunities.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• 10/15+ years of senior finance experience, ideally in a family office, private equity, or investment firm in Spain.
• Proven track record as CFO or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience at business operational level.
• An excellent knowledge of Spanish corporate and personal tax.
• Language fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with very strong business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High Level of integrity and professionalism.
