We are currently seeking candidates for an 18- to 24-month internship beginning in Winter 2026. This role offers the opportunity to work approximately 15 hours per week during the academic year, with the option for increased hours during the summer.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FAMILY OFFICE INTERN

As a Family Office Intern, you will gain real-world exposure to the financial industry by working alongside our highly credentialed Relationship Managers and Support Team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with onboarding new accounts and ensuring documentation accuracy
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client-ready materials
  • Upload, organize, and maintain important client files
  • Research account questions and help identify solutions
  • Support compliance by following policies and addressing risk-related items
  • Participate in special projects and help refine processes

You will use your analytical mindset, organization skills, and attention to detail to make meaningful contributions across the department.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FAMILY OFFICE INTERN

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
