About our customer

Our client, located in The Hague, is an independent and fast-growing multi-family office with thirty employees who mainly support wealthy individuals and legal entities (companies and foundations) in the field of asset management, financial logistics, estate planning and administration. In addition, they have an extensive testamentary administration and executorship practice. They provide high-quality services. Given their long history, since 1899, they can now count several generations of families among their clients. In recent years, they have grown steadily and have further expanded their activities and tailored them to the wishes of their clients.

Function

As HR manager you are responsible for the entire HR spectrum: from strategy to implementation. You interact directly with management and are a reliable sparring partner on topics such as inflow, development, absenteeism and organizational development. You independently handle files and ensure a professional HR foundation within our organization.

Your responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR policy;
  • Advising directors and managers on HR issues;
  • Management of employment conditions, contracts and personnel administration;
  • Guiding absenteeism processes and focusing on sustainable employability;
  • Coordinating recruitment & selection, including drawing up vacancies and conducting interviews;
  • Initiating development and evaluation discussions;
  • Identifying trends and developments in the labor market;
  • Proposing and implementing improvement proposals in the field of HR processes and tools.

Profile

  • HBO or WO work and thinking level, with a completed education in HRM, business administration or similar;
  • At least 5 years of broad HR experience, ideally in a solo role;
  • Knowledge of employment law and current HR trends;
  • Strong in planning, organizing and prioritizing;
  • Independent, proactive and solution-oriented;
  • Good communication skills and a connecting personality.
