As we continue to grow, we are seeking a HR Coop / Intern to join our HR team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and adaptable HR professional who enjoys both strategic involvement and hands-on execution across a wide range of HR functions. The ideal candidate brings broad HR experience and excels in fast-paced, evolving environments that require adaptability and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
· Support full-cycle recruitment process (background checks, offer management, interview scheduling)
· Lead and innovate employee onboarding programs
· Contribute to employee engagement initiatives
· Assist with payroll processing and compliance
· Maintain and update company org chart and HRIS
· Track HR expenses; prepare and submit monthly expense reports
· Composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation
· Other Ad-hoc responsibilities
