Job Description

  1. Strategic Projects - Promoter Office
  • Work directly with the Promoter on new initiatives - from concept to execution - across growth, new ventures, and organizational transformation.
  • Drive agility and responsiveness in the organization by taking ownership of high-impact projects across business units.
  • Act as the key program manager for the IPO readiness and execution process, liaising with the CFO, merchant bankers, legal counsels, and other advisors.
  • Post-listing, support the CFO in managing Investor Relations - analyst meets, earnings calls, and strategic shareholder communications.


  • 2. Family Office & Investment Management
  • Work with the Director, Family Office on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities (PIPEs, VC/PE deals, public markets).
  • Track and report the performance of the family investment portfolio across asset classes.
  • Develop deep market insights, build networks with funds and founders, and represent the family office in select investment forums.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

  • 6-8 years of experience in top-tier consulting or having worked in a Promoter Office / Family Office in a hands-on capacity.
  • Prior exposure to growth strategy, operational excellence, or transformation in process or energy-linked sectors is a strong plus.
  • A natural problem solver with high ownership, who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Passion for investing and a solid understanding of public and private market instruments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders including Promoters, CXOs, and institutional investors.
