Financial Analyst

A dynamic opportunity for an experienced Accountant to manage financial governance, accounting processes, and data analytics for private assets and estates.

Duties & Responsibilities

This organization operates as a private investment and wealth management entity, overseeing financial interests, private properties, and assets for a prominent family office. It manages governance, accounting, and strategic financial planning to ensure sustainable wealth stewardship across generations. With a focus on long-term value creation, the entity supports various business, philanthropic, and estate management initiatives while maintaining high standards of financial integrity and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Implement expenditure controls and optimize processes.
• Prepare management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and tax calculations.
• Maintain the fixed asset registers and interest schedules.
• Handle payroll inputs, inter-company transactions, and compliance reporting.
• Support audits, board meetings, and regulatory submissions.

 
Requirements:

• CA(SA) accreditation is essential
• 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAGE 300 & Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Knowledge of income tax, payroll, and multi-entity accounting.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.Bottom of Form
