Who You Are

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• You are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• You 5-7+ years of experience in public accounting; preferred experience in complex tax with high-wealth clients and trusts.
• You are friendly and professional.
• You are highly organized and detail oriented.
• You are willing to embrace moments of pressure and tight deadlines during busy season(s).
• You take pride in your work.
• You consider “Client First” the heart of client service.
• You possess a willingness to learn and desire for personal growth.
• You maintain professionalism and results oriented—you enjoy working as a valued member of an overall team.
• You thrive being challenged and working with multiple types of complex clients and industries. You enjoy working in a business casual work environment and are open to working out of our Cheyenne, Jackson, or Fort Collins offices. Potential for hybrid or remote work arrangements.
The RoleThe Duties:
• Prepare complete and accurate returns. Review others’ returns.
• Prepare documentation to support tax return calculations.
• Ability to mentor a team of Associates, Seniors, and Supervisors.
• Reviewing data input, identifying, and resolving technical issues.
• Work closely with partners and keep team informed on status.
• Increased level of client communication while working on their tax return, and potentially throughout multiple years.
