Requirements
1-2 years of RIA / Financial Advisory experience
Early-career background in client service and value-driven roles within wealth management or financial advisory (RIA)
Public Accounting (CPA is a plus)Solid foundational accounting experience gained at a public accounting firm (1-2 years); CPA credential is a strong differentiator
