We are seeking a discreet, proactive, and highly resourceful Family Office & Financial Affairs Manager to serve as the single point of coordination for the Hakam familyโ€™s finances, family affairs, and long-term planning.

This role is ideal for someone with private wealth, tax advisory, or family office experience who can help ensure our family is aligned with the best consultants, strategies, and legal structures globally.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Investment & Wealth Planning

  • Identify smart, tax-efficient investment strategies across asset classes
  • Coordinate with investment advisors to monitor and rebalance portfolios
  • Track family financial goals and performance

 Tax & Insurance Optimization

  • Connect with top-tier U.S. and international tax consultants
  • Recommend legal structures to reduce personal and business tax burdens
  • Coordinate life, disability, travel, and international insurance planning

 Legacy & Family Governance

  • Help manage the process of will creation, trusts, and inheritance planning
  • Maintain records of family legal docs, accounts, beneficiaries, POAs
  • Assist with emergency preparedness planning (e.g., passwords, asset access)

 Consultant Coordination & Research

  • Research and vet high-quality professionals (tax, legal, investment, immigration)
  • Ensure Hakam family is always working with vetted, high-integrity experts
  • Set up and track deliverables and timelines from each external party

 Administrative Oversight

  • Keep records organized and accessible across investments, taxes, legal docs
  • Build and maintain a family financial calendar (filings, renewals, reviews)
  • Provide monthly updates with a dashboard of key financial metrics and tasks


 Requirements

  • Strong background in family office, private wealth management, or financial consulting
  • U.S. tax experience is required; UAE/Dubai experience is a major plus
  • High trustworthiness and confidentiality
  • Strong research, documentation, and coordination skills
  • Experience managing multi-jurisdictional financial/estate structures is preferred
