About the Opportunity
GRC Executive is conducting a search for a Family Office Executive to support and manage the operations of a small family office based in Puerto Rico. This role requires a financially skilled professional who is highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently.
The position offers flexibility and remote work, though the candidate must reside and work in Puerto Rico.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial tracking and reporting for family office activities
- Manage real estate accounting and related financial documentation
- Build and maintain financial models, tracking systems, and reports in Excel
- Monitor expenses, cash flow, and investment-related data
- Coordinate with external professionals including accountants, attorneys, and property managers
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Identify operational or financial issues and resolve them proactively
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with real estate accounting or property-related financial management
- Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Must be located in Puerto Rico
Preferred Background- Experience in a family office, investment firm, or real estate business
- Background in finance, accounting, or business administration
Work Environment- Remote with flexible hours
