Client Relationship Manager Assistant
OVERALL PURPOSE
The position reports to the local Head of Family Office (FO) in Luxembourg. This role involves close and regular interaction with all members of the Client Support Operations, Banking and Compliance departments as well as Directors/Managers FO and external clients and business contacts. The main purpose of the role is to assist the Senior Relationship Managers in providing professional support and expert high-level administration. The role also entails assisting the Relationship Management Team in relation to ongoing business development and administration of client affairs.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
The incumbent works within the FO worldwide team and reports to the Head of Family Office (FO), based in Luxembourg.
PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide full administrative support to the Family Office Team on allocated clients, including but not limited to the preparation of banking, investment, formation and termination forms, internal and external reports, instructing payments, monitoring debtors, obtaining compliance when necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments of the Group including compliance, legal, trust, accounting, investments, treasury & banking to timely and effectively support the clients’ activities.
- Arrange consulting, with Manager’s approval, with third party professionals such as solicitors, tax specialists and asset managers, and obtaining their opinions pertaining to specific issues related to the clients’ affairs.
- Assist the Family Office Team in preparation of expert reporting packs for client meetings, which requires a thorough knowledge of the client and excellent financial analytical skills.
- Assist and support the Family Office Team on ad hoc client requests.
- Such other duties as Family Office may from time to time reasonably require, including those relating to internal business operational and ad hoc projects.
- Responsible for the good standing of the clients’ data into SF systems (BC, Laserfiche).
- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients, the preparation of client reviews and terminations.
- Perform due diligence in handling client documents and ensuring that all regulatory filing and reporting are accurate and timely.
- Involved in sales pitches and client presentations.
- Identification and selling of additional services to client portfolio.
