Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Corient's Family Office team as part of the Relationship Management function. Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, this role offers a valuable opportunity to develop the skills and experience needed to progress within client relationship management. Working closely with colleagues across the business, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service to clients. This is a varied role which will involve close and regular interaction with clients and third parties of Corient as well as other internal departments and business units. It is ideally suited to an individual who is client focused, highly organised, and eager to develop a career within wealth management and family office services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients, serving as a key point of contact and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.
- Manage ongoing communication with clients and their professional advisers, fostering trusted and collaborative relationships.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Group's various business units and support functions to coordinate and manage clients' affairs effectively.
- Contribute to the Group's business development and marketing initiatives, supporting efforts to enhance client engagement and drive growth opportunities.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree educated or equivalent
- ACA qualified
- 3-5 years post qualification experience, preferably from a Big 4 accountancy firm or another top tier accountancy firm.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
