We're on the lookout for individuals who are passionate about fashion, think outside the box, and have an eye for innovation.

Unleash your potential with us, and join us as we create joy and excitement in our global community to empower people to express themselves freely through fashion.

This role leads the planning, coordination, and execution of our philanthropic giving - making sure it is thoughtful, well-organised, and creates real, lasting impact for the communities we support. We take a considered, long-term approach: building sustained partnerships with the right causes rather than one-off donations.

Responsibilities:

Philanthropy Strategy & Planning

  • Develop the giving framework and a multi-year plan for the family office’s charitable activities
  • Research and identify high-impact causes and organisations whose work aligns with the family’s giving priorities
  • Design giving initiatives that are well-structured and create measurable, lasting outcomes for the community

Philanthropy Coordination

  • Act as the central coordination point for the family’s philanthropic activity - organising giving across causes and entities
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings and follow-ups between the principals, internal teams and external charity partners
  • Maintain a clear, up-to-date record of commitments, pledges and giving status, keeping all stakeholders aligned and on track

Programme Execution

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of giving initiatives - managing timelines, internal stakeholders and charity partners
  • Coordinate donation logistics and documentation for smooth, well-governed processing

Impact Measurement & Reporting

  • Use agentic AI tools to research causes, organise information, and track and measure impact - turning data into clear insights and reviews
  • Track the outcomes of each initiative - beneficiaries reached, community impact, and overall effectiveness of giving
  • Prepare periodic impact reviews for the principals and stay current on trends in philanthropy and ESG

Requirements:

  • A background in finance, accounting or a related field - with the financial literacy to read budgets, track giving spend and understand how the family’s capital and philanthropy interact. Deep investment expertise is not required, but advantageous
  • Existing network in Singapore’s philanthropic, non-profit or social enterprise communities is advantageous
  • Awareness of Singapore’s giving framework (IPC status, tax-deductibility) is advantageous
  • Genuine passion for philanthropy - intrinsically motivated by impact, not just executing a brief
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills - able to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders and timelines
  • Comfortable using agentic AI tools - able to put AI to work in day-to-day research, drafting, analysis and impact measurement
  • Dependable - comfortable handling sensitive matters with confidentiality
  • An all-rounder mindset - eager to learn across functions and grow with the family office
