The Opportunity for the Family Office Associate
Seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Family Office Associate to work directly with and support two Managing Directors. This is a fantastic entry-level position—ideal for a recent college graduate or an individual with 1-2 years of relevant office experience—eager to launch a career in the specialized world of family wealth management. You will gain hands-on experience across finance, operations, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
The Family Office Associate will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:
Financial Administration:
- Processing and managing accounts payable, including day-to-day bill payment and expense tracking.
- Maintaining and updating financial records and ledgers on a regular basis.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly financial reports and summary statements.
Tax and Accounting Support:
Working closely with external accountants to compile necessary documentation for tax preparation.Organizing and managing financial documents required for various reporting purposes.Investment and Legal Coordination:
Working with third-party investment advisors and custodians to assist with administrative tasks.Providing organizational support for estate planning documents and projects.A background or understanding of private equity or professional services is a plus. Qualifications and Experience- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or a strong desire to learn the industry.
- Experience: 1-2 years of professional office experience.

- A fast learner with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to grow within the role and the company.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
