As a Family Office Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the financial and operational heartbeat of the family’s enterprises and personal affairs. This is more than bookkeeping – it is about being a cornerstone of a high-performing, values-driven environment. 

You’ll be a key contributor to the Family Office, assisting with financial clarity, operational efficiency, and seamless support across a wide range of responsibilities. Your work will directly influence the wellbeing and success of the family’s ventures, properties, and philanthropic efforts. 

 Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Record and reconcile bank and credit card transactions
  • Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries
  • Manage accounts payable and intercompany transfers
  • Track income and expenses with precision
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and records
  • Handle confidential materials with utmost discretion
  • Assist with subscriptions, service contracts, and vendor coordination
  • Provide administrative support for property management
  • Assist with philanthropic and trust-related documentation
  • Help coordinate travel, events, and personal appointments 

Your Unique Skills:

  • Diploma or certificate in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration
  • Proven experience in financial administration (family office or private wealth preferred)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and thrive independently in a fast-paced environment
