A prominent UHNW principal is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to provide seamless administrative support, personal and professional as a true “right hand”. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience supporting a HNW principal, preferably in the investment/ finance, real estate and/or hospitality space and has a “high touch” service- oriented mentality. This role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities that are essential for ensuring the principal’s life runs as smoothly as possible, taking as much off her plate. This is an in-person position 4 to 5 days in their family office with some flexibility when the principal is away. Some travel to Palm Beach may be required from time to time.
About the Job:
· Support the principal with all day-to-day matters including personal/professional calendar management, scheduling meetings and managing her life in a “holistic” manner
· Organize and manage personal, domestic/international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries.
· Provide a broad range of administrative support for the principal, acting as a liaison to property managers, handle some repairs
· Help principal with multiple Trustee new trust responsibilities
· Run errands, manage bills and ad hoc personal projects
· Plan dinners/events
· Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, prioritizing and responding on behalf of the principal
