A prestigious family office of an ultra-high net worth individual is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant who will work closely with the Chief of Staff and provide support for the CEO. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and able to work well independently as well as in a team environment. The candidate must be exceedingly well organized, capable of handling competing priorities and enjoy the challenges of supporting multiple people in a dynamic environment.

Salary commensurate with experience: $120-160k + discretionary bonus + fully paid benefits (health/dental/vision), free breakfast/lunch daily, PTO, 401k

Location:   Midtown East NYC - Monday – Thursday in office, Friday work from home
Hours: 9am - 6pm flexible as needed

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage CEO’s professional and personal calendar management.
• Work with COS to identify and improve processes and create efficiencies for the CEO.
• EA support for Family Office, including Foundation initiatives.
• Plan and execute company-wide events (such as the annual holiday party, annual summer picnic, charity events, etc.) with high attention to detail and management of the budget, timeline, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate private and commercial travel arrangements for CEO and his family including flights, hotels, cars, restaurant, and event reservations and create detailed itineraries (experience with private aviation a bonus).
• Manage family’s multiple homes / properties - liaise with property managers to coordinate ongoing maintenance.
• Support various special projects for the CEO and his family.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant previous EA/PA experience within a family office, fund, or supporting a HNWI
• Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and Excellent organizational skills
• Must be a strong team player and interact well across various levels of employee seniority.
• Ability to learn and adapt, quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information, adjust quickly to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of NYC including restaurants and event spaces a plus.
