Private Family in Greenwich, Connecticut Seeking a Family Assistant / Executive Assistant
Position: Full-Time, Live-Out Executive Family Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year, depending on experience (W2, on payroll), health insurance, 401k, PTO
Start Date: April 2026
Relocation: No – candidates should be local or able to commute
Location: Private residence located just outside the city in Connecticut
A busy and welcoming private household located just outside a major city in Connecticut is seeking a proactive and highly organized Family Assistant / Executive Assistant to support both household operations and a business run from the home. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys managing logistics, coordinating multiple priorities, and being a trusted right-hand support to leadership.
The position is primarily focused on family assistant responsibilities, with a smaller component dedicated to administrative support for the principal’s business. The family is looking for someone who is excited about the executive assistant career path and interested in growing into a Chief of Staff role over time.
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, and solution-oriented—someone who thrives on taking initiative and solving problems independently.
