What We're Really Looking For

We are looking for a high-judgment Executive Assistant to support our Founder/CEO across company-building, investor and partner engagement, and day-to-day executive execution. This person will serve as an operational force multiplier: protecting the executive’s time, driving follow-through, coordinating high-stakes meetings, events and communications, and helping him stay focused on the relationships, decisions, and opportunities where he adds the most value.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, priorities, and scheduling with strong judgment and proactive decision-making; evaluate effective use of time and serve as a gatekeeper to ensure focus on high value areas.

· Prepare meeting agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up trackers; capture decisions and task owners and ensure next steps are executed.

· Coordinate internal and external meetings across leadership, investors, founders, partners, and advisors.

· Support special projects, board/investor materials coordination, and other ad hoc executive priorities.

· Manage special events, hosting needs, and all logistics to ensure seamless execution and a positive attendee experience.

· Handle personal tasks related to family matters and activities including gift giving, holiday events, research and engagement of services and other ad hoc tasks with discretion and professionalism.

· Build simple systems and processes that improve organization, visibility, and follow-through.

· Serve as a trusted point of coordination for sensitive, confidential matters requiring sound judgment and follow-through.

Who You Are

· 5+ years supporting a CEO, founder or senior executive in a demanding, high-velocity environment.

· Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

· Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure.

· Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently with minimal direction.

· Utilizes emerging technologies for maximum efficiency.

· Knowledgeable about Jewish practices, the community and the resulting calendar, scheduling, travel, traditions and hospitality considerations.
