Our client, a private family office, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Principal. This role will manage complex scheduling, communications, travel, and strategic priorities while serving as a trusted partner across business and personal matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and exercises exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Principal's complex, multi-time-zone calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned with business, investment, and family office initiatives.
- Oversee the Principal's inbox and incoming communications, drafting correspondence, prioritizing requests, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and changing logistics.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, talking points, and background research for board meetings, leadership discussions, and external engagements.
- Track key decisions, action items, and ongoing priorities, ensuring timely follow-through and accountability across stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between the Principal and internal and external stakeholders, including executives, advisors, consultants, legal counsel, and family office leadership.
- Represent the Principal professionally and diplomatically in written and verbal communications while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Provide operational and administrative support across strategic initiatives, special projects, and evolving business priorities.
- Anticipate needs, proactively identify solutions, and independently manage day-to-day responsibilities with minimal oversight.
Qualifications
- Significant experience supporting a senior executive, founder, CEO, Principal, or entrepreneur within a family office, private investment firm, or similarly complex environment.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, high-volume communications, and international travel arrangements.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executive-level stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs while exercising sound judgment and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong follow-through with a commitment to delivering exceptional executive support.
- Based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate.
- Flexibility to accommodate the Principal's schedule and travel needs as required.

Compensation:Β $125,000β$150,000 base salary plus a generous bonus opportunity.
