  • Identify cross‑service opportunities while maintaining a client‑first, advisory-led approach.
  • Represent the firm at targeted industry events and thought‑leadership forums.

Integrated Advisory & Tax Oversight

  • Provide oversight and strategic input across personal, corporate, and trust tax planning engagements in coordination with the firm’s tax group
  • Translate complex tax and structuring issues into practical, client-ready advice.
  • In collaboration with the firm's in-house tax group and financial planners, ensure alignment between tax strategy, financial planning, and each family’s long-term objectives.

Specialized Client Advisory

  • Advise families with:
    • Operating businesses and complex corporate structures
    • Significant real estate holdings (commercial, residential, mixed-use)
    • Liquidity events such as business sales, partial exits, and recapitalizations
  • Coordinate planning before, during, and after major financial transitions.
  • Support succession, estate planning coordination, and intergenerational wealth transfer initiatives.

Team Leadership & Practice Development

  • Mentor and develop Managers and Senior Managers within client teams.
  • Contribute to best practices for UHNW relationship management and family office delivery.
  • Support practice development initiatives, internal capability building, and quality standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • CPA designation (Ontario) is required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, family office, or private client advisory.
  • Demonstrated experience advising HNW/UHNW families—particularly business owners and real estate-focused clients.
  • Strong working knowledge of Canadian private client tax planning concepts.
  • Proven ability to originate, grow, and sustain client relationships.
  • Established professional network within the Greater Toronto Area.
  • Executive presence with discretion and confidence when working with principals, spouses, and next-generation family members.
