Director of Real Estate - North America

A family office is seeking a hands-on Director of Real Estate to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and specialty properties across the U.S., Mexico, and the Carribbean. This is a newly created, leadership-level role focused on ensuring operational excellence, long-term asset value, and exceptional service standards.

You’ll manage everything from mountain estates and vacation homes to commercial projects and capital improvements. You'll be the go-to for everything property-related, from vendor and team oversight to project execution and budget planning. The ideal candidate is an experienced real estate or construction pro with a strategic mindset, sharp financial instincts, and the ability to lead both people and projects with precision and diplomacy.
