Job Description

Financial Planning & Oversight

  • Budgeting for Family office entities and asset structures
  • Cash flow forecasting and financial modeling
  • Budget execution and variance analysis

Financial Reporting

  • Monthly Management accounts review
  • Yearly Financial statements review
  • Regular reporting for principals
  • Consolidation across entities and structures

Investment Oversight

  • Monitoring and analysis of investment portfolio
  • Deal support and due diligence
  • Assessing returns and risk exposure

 Treasury & Liquidity Management

  • Oversight of bank accounts and cash movements
  • Liquidity planning and optimisation
  • Currency operations and hedging control
  • Payments confirmation via online-banking
  • Collaboration with the Banks for customer data enquiries

Tax & Legal Coordination

  • Liaising with legal, tax and other external advisors
  • Document and data management

Qualifications

 Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (e.g., BBA, MBA, MSc)
  • Professional certifications (one or more of the following):
    • ACCA / CPA / CA – Accounting
    • CFA – Investments and portfolio management
  • 5–10+ years of financial management experience, ideally with:
    • Private wealth or Family Office exposure
    • Experience in investment analysis or corporate finance
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Russian language is a must
  • Fluent English
  • Understanding of international tax and legal structures

 Welcomed / Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with HNWI or UHNWI clients
  • Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional asset structures
  • Knowledge of alternative investments (real estate, VC, private equity)
  • Background in Big 4 or private banking
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Soft skills: discretion, loyalty, flexibility
