The position offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, performance bonus, equity consideration, excellent medical, and retirement plans.

JOB PURPOSE
The Client Services Associate is a valued member of the Reno, Nevada team.  The CSA will work to support the AVP, Client Service and the Client Services Team.

This role is integral by supporting the development and centralization of specific functions for with regards to clientโ€™s investment accounts. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1. 

Outside vendor and internal communication and correspondence

2.       

Document management, fulfillment, retention and electronic delivery - Prepare correspondence, Excel spreadsheets (i.e., reconciliation of cash flows and valuations, miscellaneous reports for instructions to operations, and checklists for onboarding investments), assist with the production of performance reports.   Maintain client, beneficiary, and advisor information in client files and account records on database management and trust accounting systems.

3. 

Trust accounting system navigation and report retrieval

Investment asset onboarding  - Coordinate investment transactions with the Investment, Advisory Departments, and outside Fund Managers including but not limited to preparing subscription documents for client signature and monitoring onboarding process for new and existing alternative investments.

5.       

Cash flow reconciliation, process and valuations updates - Direct the Trust Operations Department regarding daily investment transactions such as wire transfers, receiving distributions, fund redemptions and purchases, market value adjustments, and the setup of new alternative investments.

6. 

Tax documentation co-ordination - coordinate and submit instructions for tax-related K-1 cost basis adjustments with the Tax and Operations Departments.

  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and to manage and prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Aptitude to understand and perform basic mathematical calculations such as cost basis and market value calculations.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, aural and written communication particularly, clear and informative writing skills in addition to the ability to edit for accuracy, grammar and spelling
  • High proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite applications, including, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to work collaboratively, taking initiative as appropriate
  • Ability to learn new processes and programs and desire to grow with the company

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

    • BA degree or equivalent or relevant coursework preferred not essential
    • 10-years of professional office work experience
    • General office administration and clerical experience
    • Trust Advisory or Investment experience a plus

COMPENSATION

Base salary range - $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience.
