We are seeking a seasoned Senior Portfolio Manager to join its core investment team in Singapore. This is a senior front-office role offering full portfolio ownership, designed for professionals with deep multi-asset investment experience and a strong ability to engage UHNW clients. The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering investment performance, thrives in a lean, hands-on environment, and is ready to play a strategic role in shaping the firms investment capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management & Client Advisory

  • Drive portfolio strategy and execution across discretionary and advisory mandates.
  • Portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment selection across equity, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies.
  • Serve as the investment lead in client meetingsarticulating market views, portfolio rationale, and recommendations clearly.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, conduct regular rebalancing, and manage risk exposure.
  • Conduct research and due diligence on public market instruments and funds.
  • Deliver tailored investment ideas and ensure their successful execution and performance accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with client advisors to deliver tailored proposals and portfolio reviews.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external managers, platforms, and service providers.

Investment Process & Platform Development

  • Strengthen investment infrastructure by enhancing frameworks, decision-making tools, and compliance processes.
  • Enhance portfolio reporting, analytics, and internal workflows to improve decision-making and scalability.
  • Participate in the design and evolution of the firms investment offerings.


Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in investment management, preferably in private banking, family offices, or institutional asset management.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing multi-asset or equity portfolios with direct performance accountability.
  • Solid investment judgment and a hands-on approach to portfolio oversight.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • CFA Charterholder or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar portfolio management systems.
  • Confident, analytical, and decisive in defending investment views.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, thrives in a lean, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
