Our client is a well-established Single Family Office based in Monaco. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role will play a key part in overseeing financial and operational activities, driving process improvements, and managing change across various functions. The position requires a strong blend of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement to support business objectives in a dynamic environment.
Your Responsibilities
1. Change & Process Management
- Identify and prioritize key business processes requiring review and optimization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows and tools, working closely with relevant teams.
- Lead and coordinate process improvement and system implementation projects, ensuring smooth execution.
- Collaborate with IT and external consultants to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure business-driven changes are successfully integrated into daily operations.
2. Business Oversight & Operational Support
- Enhance monitoring frameworks to ensure critical activities, including tax and regulatory filings, are completed on time and internal deadlines are met.
- Refine tracking tools, proactively identify obstacles, and escalate issues when necessary to improve efficiency.
- Assisting the CFO in structuring and streamlining key management interactions across multiple business areas and locations. This includes improving meeting efficiency, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring that decision-making processes are well-organized and outcome-driven.
3. Hands-on Business Support
- Provide assistance in business-as-usual (BAU) activities where needed, particularly during transitions or restructuring.
- Support the CFO in delegated responsibilities, including approval processes
- Contribute to maintaining operational continuity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Your Profile
- Strong understanding of financial and business operations with a structured approach to process optimization.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- IT-literate, with the ability to work effectively with financial and operational systems.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on, results-driven approach with the ability to multitask in a changing environment.
- Prior experience in financial services, investment management, or a similar setting is advantageous.
- High level of discretion and adaptability in a confidential work environment.
