Our client is a prestigious Asset Manager / Family Office looking for a bright and dynamic Change & Project Manager. This newly created position is a rare opportunity to grow into an international team in charge of various projects ranging from Operational, Compliance, Finance, IT … You will join a nice team and bring the structure to the new step in terms of transformation and change management.

In terms of daily activity, you will be mainly be in charge of making things happen, putting projects forward and analyze/strategize/deliver successful implementation. Agility and open-mindedness will be required.

As the new Project / Change / Transformation Manager, you will be in charge of the following:

· Think, plan, initiate and make things happen for various strategic projects from alpha to Omega ensuring everything is clean, properly delivered and on time (and in line with the budgets).
· Be able to develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
· Monitor and prioritize the timelines, risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Facilitate project meetings, prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.
· Discuss, understand and translate what the business needs and coordinate with the IT Teams.

· Be able to communicate properly the guidance, progress and impacts on the situation to all the people involved.
· Elaborate comprehensive documentation like business requirements, functional specs and user stories.
· Be able to benefit from data analysis to give insights and support for decision-making.


Requirements

In terms of profile, we are looking for the following:

· Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or Asset Management
· Minimum of 5 years experience in consulting or Project Management / Business Analyst roles within the Banking and Financial Industry. Some experience in Asset management / Family office would definitely be a plus
· A clear understanding of Economics, Banking and Investment management industry is a must

  • PMP Certification is a plus and Agile Mindset is a prerequisite

· Proficiency in Project Management tools
· Fluency in French and English is a must
· Ability to bring to life a new project and capacity to discuss with various stakeholders
· Solid analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic approach
