Experienced bookkeeper/assistant needed for a high-profile family office in Las Vegas, NV! MUST have at least five years of experience as a bookkeeper/assistant and be a very detailed bookkeeper with the ability to handle multiple entities of the family office. Duties include but are not limited toβvarious administrative duties, calendar management, coordinate reservations, recording and maintaining a businessβs financial transactions, including data entry, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable. This candidate will also handle payroll, process payments, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. This position is Monday to Friday and flexible to work off site.
