Our primary areas of activity include modernization, renovation, conversion, and maintenance of our real estate portfolio. In the future, we also plan to expand our real estate portfolio, thus also encompassing project development and new construction.

• Assessment, planning and development of structural solutions for our existing buildings
• Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations and tenders
• Consulting, testing and technical support of planning services
• Implementation of modernization measures
• Monitoring contractual compliance of ongoing projects as well as compliance with laws, standards and guidelines
• Advisory function for property owners both in the context of existing investments and in the acquisition of new properties

• Successfully completed engineering or architecture studies, alternatively a comparable qualification, ideally with building permit authorization
• Several years of professional experience in the planning and management of construction projects
• Experience with changes of use and coordination with relevant authorities
• Class B driving license
• High level of team spirit, reliability and the willingness to work independently
