MBA or equivalent preferred, with 8-15 years of client servicing experience, ideally in financial services
Prior exposure to Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, and Family Office services is highly desirable
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and financial platforms like Asset Vantage, Mprofit, Investwell, and Morningstar. Knowledge of Excel, Python, or database tools is a plus
Empathy, patience, and a results-driven mindset for superior client engagement
Strong collaboration, mentoring, and organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently
Ability to identify growth opportunities, enhance service models, and contribute to business development
