At Equiom, we’re growing and we’re looking for an Associate/Administrator to join our Private Wealth & Family Office team in Jersey.

This role is ideal for someone with a couple of years’ experience in fiduciary, trust or corporate administration who is ready to build on their foundations and develop into a more senior role. If you’re motivated, detail focused and keen to grow your technical knowledge while taking on increasing responsibility, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role

As an Associate, you’ll support the administration of a varied portfolio of trusts, companies and foundations, working closely with Senior Associates and Managers to deliver exceptional client service.

You will:

Support client portfolio management
  • Assist with the day to day administration of trusts, companies and foundations
  • Ensure work is completed in line with agreed service standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare high quality documentation
  • Draft trustee resolutions, board minutes, agreements and payment instructions
  • Assist with statutory filings and maintenance of accurate client records
Maintain regulatory compliance
  • Support client onboarding processes
  • Assist with AML/CFT checks and KYC updates
  • Ensure records are maintained to meet internal and regulatory standards
Develop your technical expertise
  • Build your understanding of fiduciary structures and governance requirements
  • Work towards increasing responsibility for client interactions and portfolio ownership
Contribute to team success
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients and professional advisors
  • Support billing and administrative processes
  • Maintain organised, audit ready files
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone eager to learn, develop and progress within a professional fiduciary environment.

Essential experience:
  • 2+ years’ experience in fiduciary, trust or corporate administration
  • Working towards (or keen to start) a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or CGI
  • A good understanding of offshore structures and fiduciary principles
Desirable experience:
  • Exposure to multi jurisdictional structures
  • Experience using client administration systems
  • Some involvement in client communications
