The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate to join our San Francisco-based Family Office team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys supporting others behind the scenes.

The Associate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing information in Salesforce, organizing data, and generating polished deliverables in areas such as insurance analysis, philanthropic giving summaries, and other wealth planning outputs. The ideal candidate takes pride in precision, enjoys working within established processes, and contributes to a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Execution and Administrative Support

  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of recurring Family Office deliverables
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in Salesforce and internal systems
  • Organize client documentation, including tax returns, legal agreements, and reporting materials
  • Proofread and format correspondence, memos, and reports to ensure clarity and professionalism · Prepare substantive analysis and materials for clients in conjunction with other team members, and assist with related follow-up tasks

Internal Coordination and Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for the Portfolio Management team on client-related requests
  • Provide administrative support to various departments including tax, accounting, investments, and operations
  • Respond to internal information requests and help maintain clear, consistent records across systems

Third-Party and Documentation Support

  • Liaise between the Family Office team and external professionals (e.g., CPAs, attorneys) to coordinate requests and information flow
  • Maintain internal directories and documentation for key third-party contacts and associated client records
  • Help uphold standardized procedures by documenting assigned workflows and responsibilities

Project and Initiative Participation

  • Support team-wide and cross-functional projects as needed
  • Contribute to daily office duties, such as digital file organization, ad hoc research, and administrative follow-up
  • Participate in internal training and education opportunities related to Family Office services

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in wealth management, private banking, family office, or a related field
  • Strong client service orientation with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Collaborative team player who also takes initiative independently
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred
  • “No task is too small” attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree required; coursework or certifications in finance, accounting, or wealth planning is a plus

Compensation

The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $70,000-$105,000, depending on skills and experience.
